New-construction sales
A listing video for new construction, from finished-home photos
A new construction listing video should show what is built. When the house is built and photographed, you can have a tour from the photos the same day. Use photos of the finished home, not renderings, and the video shows what a buyer will find.

Photos of the built home
Every scene is one photo given a camera move, so the video shows whatever the photo shows. A video made from a rendering shows a rendering. If you do use renderings, label them as renderings wherever the video is posted.
Upload 5 to 40 photos of the model or finished spec home, type the address, and approve the quote.
Why it suits a sales center
- Priced per scene before it runs, so the cost for each plan or lot is known.
- A 16:9 file for the community page and a 9:16 reel for social.
- Free edits for music, room order and the price banner when pricing changes.
- The AI-enhanced disclosure caption is on by default.
Where the altered-image line is sharp
New construction marketing is where the difference between photograph and render matters most. Our post on the digitally altered image rules explains where that line sits.

FAQ
Questions on this topic
Can I use renderings?
The tool animates whatever the photo shows, so a rendering produces a video of a rendering. We recommend photos of the built home and labeling anything that is not one.
Does it add landscaping or finishes that are not built yet?
It is built not to. Requests to add a room, a feature or an object are refused and not billed, and each clip is checked against its photo.
What does it cost?
Each included photo is one AI scene at $1.50. Music, pans and the contact card are included. Thirty photos is $45.00.
Can I update the price banner later?
Yes. Changing the price banner is a free edit in the director chat.
How fast is it?
Usually within the hour.
