Luxury listings

A luxury listing video maker that works only from the photographs

At a high price point, scrutiny is higher too. Every scene in the tour starts from a photograph the seller commissioned, which keeps the video easy to defend.

Where generated footage costs you

Footage that shows a drone flight that never happened, or a view that is not there, does the most damage on an expensive listing. Pic2VidTour is not asked to generate rooms, views or drone shots. It animates photos you supply, and requests to add what the photos do not show are refused and not billed.

Controls a luxury listing needs

  • Exclude any photo with one tap, and reorder the rest by dragging.
  • Add your own direction to a scene, such as linger on the fireplace.
  • Every clip is checked for warped walls, moved furniture, changed window views and mirror drift.
  • Both cuts return at 1080p: 16:9 and 9:16.

Where a real shoot still wins

If the property's selling point is a twilight view or aerial context that the photos do not carry, a filmed shoot is the better tool. Our cost post is clear about that.

FAQ

Questions on this topic

Does it make drone footage?

No. It animates your listing photos only, and directions for movement it does not do are ignored rather than charged.

Can I control the pacing?

You can reorder rooms, drop scenes, trim a scene and swap the music for free in the director chat. You can also add a short direction to a scene on the storyboard.

What about a view through a window?

Whatever is visible through the glass stays as photographed. A clip where it changes is flagged by our quality check.

How is it priced?

$1.50 per AI scene, with pans, music and your contact card included. A 40-photo set is $60.00, shown before anything runs.

Is the disclosure caption on?

By default, yes. You can switch it off under Export and share if your board does not require it.
