AI, with a photo behind every scene

An AI real estate video maker that starts from real photos

Some AI video tools generate footage no camera took. Pic2VidTour does the opposite: every scene is one real listing photo given a camera move.

How the AI is used

The AI films a slow camera move from a single photo. It is not asked to build a room, a view or a driveway. Directions that would reveal space outside the photo, make a car drive, or move furniture are refused and never billed.

What the quality check looks for

  • Warped walls and doorways, and furniture that moved.
  • Objects that appeared or doubled, and a car that moved.
  • A view through a window that changed, a camera that drifted into a mirror, and a first frame that does not match the photo.

When a scene fails the check

A flagged scene is re-filmed once at no charge. If that also fails, the scene ships as a clean pan of the real photo rather than a bad clip. You can ask the director to re-film it afterwards for $0.65.

FAQ

Questions on this topic

What does the AI actually do?

It films a slow camera move from one real listing photo per scene. Planning, quality checks and the cut to the music are part of the same job.

Will it invent a room or a feature?

Requests to add a room, a feature, a view or a moving car are refused and not billed, and each clip is checked against its photo before it reaches you.

What stays still?

Cars stay parked, furniture and objects stay where they are, the camera never approaches a mirror, and whatever is visible through a window stays as photographed.

Is the output labeled as AI?

Every export carries an AI-enhanced video disclosure caption by default. You can switch it off if your board does not require it.

How much does it cost?

$1.50 per AI scene, with pans, music and your contact card included. You see the exact price before anything runs.
