Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Pic2VidTour (pic2vidtour.com, app.pic2vidtour.com, and the Pic2VidTour apps). By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them. We have written them in plain language on purpose: what they say is what we mean.

1. What Pic2VidTour is

You upload photos of a real property listing. We use AI to turn them into a branded, music-scored listing video. You pay per video with credits. There is no subscription.

2. Credits and pricing

  • Credits are denominated in dollars. A pack is worth exactly its face value. You buy packs through Stripe (on the web, and in the iPhone app in the United States), through the App Store (in the iPhone app outside the United States), or through Google Play (in the Android app); credits are spent on generation actions in the app.
  • The price is always shown before anything runs. Your tour quote appears before you approve it, and every paid action after that prints its price and waits for your confirmation. Nothing generates and nothing is charged until you tap the priced button.
  • Credits are not cash. They can be spent in the app and are not transferable to other accounts.

3. Edits, fixes, and what is free

  • Free edits are free and unlimited. Music swaps, reordering rooms, trims, labels, price banner, contact-card changes, cut style: no charge, ever.
  • Re-filming a scene with AI costs credits. The director chat tells you the price first and does nothing until you confirm.
  • One automatic quality re-roll per flagged scene is already included in your quote. Beyond that, there are no free fix passes and no satisfaction guarantee. Every further fix is a paid re-film, and before each one you see the cost and your running total for the tour, so you always know what continued editing costs.
  • Credit-back applies to technical failures only. If a generation or a paid re-film fails permanently on our side, your credits come back automatically; you never pay for a failure. Credit-back does not apply to scenes that generated successfully but are not to your taste.

4. Your photos: rights and responsibility

  • You certify you have the rights. At upload you confirm, by a required checkbox, that you have the rights to use the photos you are uploading: the same responsibility you carry when you post them to the MLS, Zillow, or Instagram. We do not verify photo licenses and we cannot; only you know your agreement with your photographer.
  • You indemnify us for photo-rights claims. If a photographer, licensor, or anyone else brings a claim that your uploaded photos infringed their rights, that claim is between you and them. You agree to indemnify Pic2VidTour, covering our costs and any damages, for claims arising from photos you uploaded without sufficient rights.
  • You keep ownership of your photos. Uploading gives us only the license we need to make and store your videos and serve your re-edits.

5. What we will and will not generate

We only animate real photos of the actual property. We will not generate rooms, features, views, or spaces that your photos do not document: no invented wine cellars, no fabricated square footage, no added cars. This is a hard rule in our pipeline, not a preference, because a tour that shows what does not exist misrepresents the listing. Requests to fabricate space will be refused, not billed.

6. MLS, board rules, and AI disclosure

  • Pic2VidTour videos are AI-enhanced: an AI model adds camera motion to your own listing photos.
  • MLS and board rules on AI-enhanced media vary and change. You are responsible for knowing and following your own MLS and board rules, including whether and where disclosure is required. Pic2VidTour is not affiliated with any MLS or board.

7. Music

Every track in our music vault is licensed for commercial social-media use, and the license covers the track as part of your delivered video. You may publish and share your finished tour with its music anywhere. You may not extract the music track from the video and reuse it separately; the license travels with the video.

8. Your videos

Finished tours are yours to download, post, and share for marketing the listing and your services. The contact card at the end of the tour carries a small “Made with Pic2VidTour.com” tag by default; you can turn it off free.

9. Service availability

We aim to deliver tours quickly, usually within the hour, but Pic2VidTour depends on third-party AI providers and is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific turnaround, or that every photo will generate a usable scene. What we do guarantee is section 3: you are never charged for a permanent failure.

10. Acceptable use

Do not upload photos you do not have rights to, photos of properties that are not real listings you represent or market, or content that is unlawful. Do not attempt to misuse the pipeline to generate misrepresentative media. We may refuse service for these.

11. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app or at app.pic2vidtour.com/delete-account; your data is then removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits are not refunded on a deletion you start. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case we will say why and contact you about any unspent credits from purchases unrelated to the violation.
