Privacy Policy

Pic2VidTour turns your listing photos into listing videos. To do that, we handle some of your information. This policy says what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to get it deleted. Short version: we collect only what the product needs, we store it privately, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted.

1. What we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and login details when you create an account. Sign-up is free and needs no payment card.

Agent brand profile. The details that go on your videos: your name, phone number, email, brokerage, an optional logo, and an optional headshot. You give us these so we can build your branded contact card.

Listing photos. The photos you upload or import to make a tour, plus the listing address and price if you provide them. Optionally a floor plan, which we use only for planning; it never appears in a video.

Form submissions. If you fill out a form on this website (a demo-tour request or the notify list), we collect what you type: name, email, phone if you give it, listing link, brokerage.

Usage and payment records. A ledger of your credit balance, purchases, and each paid action with the price you were shown. We keep this so your balance is always right and disputes are easy to settle.

Cookies. Only what is needed to keep you logged in and to make the site work. We do not run third-party ad trackers on the app.

2. Why we collect it

  • To build your tours: the photos become the video, the brand profile becomes your contact card.
  • To let you re-edit: free edits re-render from your stored photos and tour recipe, which is why we keep them while your account is active.
  • To run your account: credits, purchases, delivery notifications.
  • To respond when you contact us.

That is the list. We do not use your photos to train models, we do not reuse them in other people’s videos, and we do not sell or rent any of your information to anyone.

3. Where your data lives

Listing photos, brand assets and finished videos are stored in private storage. They are not public, not indexed, and not browsable. Share links for finished videos use unguessable addresses; only people you give the link to can watch.

4. Payments

We never see or store your card number. On the web and in the iPhone app in the United States, payments run through Stripe, our payment processor, under Stripe’s own privacy policy. In the iPhone app outside the United States, purchases run through the App Store under Apple’s. In the Android app, purchases run through Google Play under Google’s. What we keep is the record that a payment happened and the credits it bought.

5. How long we keep your data

While your account is active. We keep your photos, brand assets and tours so your free re-edits stay instant; a tour you made months ago can still be re-cut without re-uploading anything.

When you delete your account. You can delete your account yourself from Profile in the app, or at app.pic2vidtour.com/delete-account. Your brand profile, chat history, and the photos and address on every tour are erased immediately. Your tours, their videos, your credit history and the login itself are permanently removed within 20 days. Payment records may be retained where the law or our payment processor requires it.

You can also email pic2vidtour@gmail.com from your account address and ask; we will delete your data and confirm when it is done.

6. Who we share data with

Only the service providers who do the work: our AI generation providers (they process photos to render scenes), our payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google), and our hosting and storage providers. Each gets only what its job requires. We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

7. Your choices

  • See and edit your brand profile in the app at any time.
  • Exclude any photo from a tour before anything generates.
  • Delete your account and everything in it (section 5).
  • Ask us what we hold about you: email the address below.

8. Children

Pic2VidTour is a tool for working real estate professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new “last updated” date. We will not quietly change what we do with your data.
