Per unit, priced up front
Price is per AI scene at $1.50, so a studio and a four-bedroom get different quotes automatically. A 12-photo unit is $18.00. You see the total before approving, and nothing is charged until you do.
There is no subscription and no monthly fee, so months with no vacancies cost nothing.
Quick for a busy week
- Type the address or paste the listing link, or upload photos by hand.
- Approve the storyboard and leave. One notification arrives when the tour is ready, usually within the hour.
- Free edits cover music, room order, trims, labels and the address or price banner.
Keep the claims accurate
Every scene comes from one real photo of the unit, and each clip is checked against it. Rules written for advertising can reach rental marketing too, so keep the AI-enhanced caption on unless you have checked that it is not needed.

Questions on this topic
Can I make a video for a rental unit?
Yes. Upload 5 to 40 photos of the unit by hand, or paste a listing link, and approve the priced storyboard.
What does a unit cost?
Each included photo is one AI scene at $1.50, with pans, music and the contact card included. Twelve photos is $18.00.
Do I pay a monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription. You buy credit packs ($19, $45 or $120) and spend them tour by tour.
Can I put my company on the card?
The closing card uses the brand profile on the account, with name, phone, email, brokerage or company, and an optional logo. You can also leave the card off.
