Condos and townhomes

A condo listing video from photos, even a small set

A condo listing video from photos does not need a big shoot. A smaller home has fewer photos, and the price follows. You see the quote on the photo screen and it drops as you leave photos out.

Price follows the photo count

Price is photos included times $1.50. A 10-photo condo is $15.00. There is no minimum, no setup fee and nothing is charged until you approve the storyboard.

Make a short set work

  • Lead with the wide shots: living area, kitchen, primary bedroom and bath.
  • Leave out photos that repeat the same angle. Tap the x and the quote drops.
  • Keep a balcony or view photo if it shows what the unit really has. Whatever is visible through a window stays as photographed.

Ready for the feed

A short tour suits a Reel. You get a 9:16 cut and a 16:9 cut, with licensed music and your contact card at the close.

FAQ

Questions on this topic

Can I make a video with only a few photos?

Yes. A tour needs at least 5 photos and takes up to 40.

What does a condo tour cost?

Each included photo is one AI scene at $1.50. Ten photos is $15.00. Music, pans and your contact card are included.

What if I have a floor plan?

We keep it for planning only. It never appears as a scene and is never charged.

Does it work for a rental unit too?

Yes. It works from any set of photos of a property you have the rights to use.

How long is the video?

A 12 to 25 photo tour is the sweet spot for a 60 to 90 second video, so a smaller condo set gives a shorter tour. It comes back usually within the hour.
