For brokers and team leads
Listing video for real estate brokerage teams
The hard part of video at a brokerage is not the first one. It is getting every agent to make one without a crew, a schedule or a per-seat contract.

What a broker can count on
- Every tour is priced before it runs, so there are no surprise bills to chase.
- Every export carries an AI-enhanced disclosure caption by default. That helps where a board accepts a caption. Some boards want the disclosure on the image itself, so agents still check their own rules.
- Every scene comes from one real photo and is checked against it. A scene that fails does not ship as a clip.
- Each agent's own name, phone, email, brokerage and logo go on the closing card.
How accounts and credits work
Each agent signs up for the free app and has a brand profile and a credit balance. Credits belong to the account that bought them and cannot be moved between accounts, so decide who buys.
There is no subscription and no monthly fee, so a quiet month costs nothing.
Supervision and photo rights
Responsibility for what a video says sits with the licensee and the broker, not the tool. Every tour keeps a version history, and at upload the agent confirms they have the rights to the photos. Brokers who want the detail can start with our post on who is liable when AI gets a listing wrong.

FAQ
Questions on this topic
Is there a team plan?
Not as a separate product. Each agent has an account with a brand profile and a credit balance, and there is no subscription. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
Can the video carry each agent's own branding?
Yes. The closing card uses the agent's brand profile: headshot, name, phone, email, brokerage and logo. The card can be left off with one tick box.
How do agents handle MLS disclosure rules?
Every export has an AI-enhanced disclosure caption on by default, and agents can switch it off if their board does not require it. Rules differ by MLS and board, so each agent should check their own.
Who owns the photos?
The agent or photographer who owns the license. At upload the agent confirms they have the rights, the same responsibility as posting to the MLS. Uploading gives us only the license needed to make and store the videos.
What does a tour cost?
$1.50 per AI scene, with pans, music and the contact card included. Packs are $19, $45 and $120.
